My product won't download, what should I do?

This happens even to the best of us! Don’t worry, we’re here to help.

When you purchase a product via the Contrastly Store, you get access to the Contrastly Products Dashboard. Simply login to your dashboard with the username and password you’ve received via email.

Once you’re logged in, you will see them all listed in the dashboard. To download a product, simply click on the Download button next to it.

If you purchased from the Contrastly Store before October 8th, 2018, you might not have a dashboard login, if that is the case, please send us a quick email and we’ll get everything setup for you.

My Files Won’t Download!

Not to worry – if clicking on the Download button doesn’t automatically download your product, there are a few things you can do:

  1. Switch to another browser and try downloading again: for example, if Google Chrome is your default internet browser, try downloading using Firefox, Internet Explorer, Opera, or Safari. In 90% of cases, this will effectively fix the issue.
  2. Check if you have a Download Manager application running: a download manager is a small application or browser add-on or extension that is supposed to make downloading files form the internet easier. Most of those download manager extensions or apps don’t deliver on that promise and cause more issues than they solve. Simply disable your download manager, and then try downloading your files again.
  3. Close all your browser windows sometimes when we browse the internet, we end up with quite a few windows open. It’s possible that when you clicked the Download button the page was sent to the back so that it’s no longer visible. Try closing every single browser window, quit your browser completely, and then login to your Contrastly Products Dashboard again.
