That’s ok! This can happen for many reasons.

If you’ve purchased a product from the Contrastly Store before October 8th, 2018, by default you have a maximum of 10 tries to download the product(s) before being blocked by the system. This is in place to prevent fraud, excessive server load, and illegal sharing of download links.

If you legitimately ran out of downloads, we can reset this for you. Simply let us know!

If you purchased from the Contrastly Store after October 8th, 2018, your product(s) can be downloaded via the Contrastly Products Dashboard. Simply login to your Contrastly Products Dashboard and you will see all of the products you have access to listed there. If you don’t remember your password, no worries, just reset it here.
