I made a purchase but haven't received it by email yet

When you successfully purchase a product from the Contrastly Store, we automatically send a receipt email to the email address you entered. It may take a few minutes for the email to get sent, though.

If it was your first time purchasing from the Contrastly Store, you will also receive a welcome email detailing how to access your order. If you still haven’t received those emails after 15 to 20 minutes, something might have gone wrong. In most cases an error in the email address entered is the culprit.

If you made a purchase after October 8th, 2018, simply login to your Contrastly Products Dashboard and you will see all of the products you have access to listed there. If you don’t remember your password or don’t have one yet, no worries, just reset it here.
