I have a discontinued product, how can I get the new version?

We recently reorganized the Contrastly Store (May 2018) and the products that we sell. If you have purchased a product that is no longer listed for sale, read on.

In an effort to make our products more in line with our brand and offer a more solid line of products, we have merged and/or reorganized many of our products. We now call our presets packs “Collections”. Each Collection includes multiple themes that are centered around a similar type of photography, style, or event.

If you purchased a product that is not longer listed in the store, or that was merged into one of the new Collections, we still offer support for it and will continue to do so for as long as possible (we’re also committed to providing bug fixes and updates when necessary).

If you would like to take advantage of the newer Collections and have purchased an individual pack or set in the past, we’d be happy to provide you with an equivalent discount applicable on the purchase of a Collection. Please get in touch with us to arrange this.
