Our brand new products dashboard aims to make it easier for you to download products as well as view past orders.

If you made a purchase on the Contrastly Store after October 8th, 2018, you should have received an email that includes instructions on how to login to the Contrastly Products Dashboard and how to retrieve your digital products.

If you made a purchase before October 8th, 2018, your information was securely ported over to the new system. While you may not have a login yet, you can enter your email on this page and you’ll receive a password reset email if you do indeed have an account.

If you do not have an account but you did make a purchase via our store in the past (before October 2018), we may need to setup a login for you. Simply send us a quick email and we’ll set everything up for you.

Please note that you can still access your products using the download link in the email(s) you’ve received back when you made your purchase via our online store, those still work just fine and will keep working for the foreseeable future. But, we highly encourage you to login to the new Contrastly Dashboard since this will give you access to product updates as well as bug fixes.

What is the Contrastly Products Dashboard

Simply put, it’s where you login to retrieve, download, and view your products after you make a purchase on the Contrastly Store. You can access your account at https://account.contrastly.com/. If you need to reset your password, you can do that here.

Everything your purchase on the Contrastly Store is placed into your account automatically so you can always go back there, login, and download your products.

What else can this do?

On top of viewing your products, you can also check your account details and view your orders (including order IDs, dates, amounts, and products purchased). We also post some promotions and awesome discount codes in there from time to time.

How do I get an account?

It’s simple, all you have to do is purchase something from the Contrastly Store. Once you do, you will get an email detailing how to access your account. If you don’t receive that email, let us know and we’ll look into this for you.
